I called Simple Car Rentals to rent one of their cars for 11 days to visit New Zealand. My wife and I were very pleased to have contacted with Savitri, She was very friendly and has made our car rental experience very simple. In simple terms, we were versed with all the terms & conditions we needed. The Toyota Corolla we had taken was a very good car and we never had any problem. The car was clean and easy to ride. We have enjoyed our holiday in New Zealand. It was very simple to ride with the GPS she gave to us. When we came back from our holiday to return the car, Savitri invited us to have tea/coffee because we had time, and after this, she dropped us to the hotel in the city at no extra cost. I have visited family in New Zealand. I used Simple Car Rentals and I have to say “what an enjoyable experience“. Savitri arrived at my sister’s with the rental car and paperwork. Simple!. Upon my departure back home to Dallas Texas, they prepared a nice Indian dish and drove me to the airport.
